    We offer a free, no-obligation site survey where one of our team will come to you, take measurements of the space and discuss design options. Alternatively, you can also arrange a virtual design consultation instead via video call.

    How will you decide? We have a variety of excellent pre-designed garden rooms to choose from. Will it be an office? A home gym? A studio? Our spaces are flexible to suit your needs. We also offer a design service if you would prefer to build something more bespoke.

  • Prefabrication

    Prefabrication

    All of our garden rooms are built in our very own factory in Ayrshire, Scotland. We currently have a 5 week turnaround for the pre-fabrication, which begins after you pay the deposit. During this part of the process we will arrange with you a suitable construction date.

  • Construction

    Construction

    The construction at your home should take around 3-7 days depending on the size of the unit and weather conditions. This also includes the installation consumer unit, electrical sockets and lighting.

  • 10-Year Guarantee

    10-Year Guarantee
